Dining Room

Twelve seats around a singular round table — designed for the kind of meals where conversation flows as freely as the wine. And when the evening cools, the villa's fireplace — the only one in Punta Cana — fills the room with a warmth and atmosphere you won't find anywhere else on the island.  Your chef, your menu, your pace entirely.

The Pool

Sunken into the hills of the garden, the pool feels like it was always meant to be there — a natural pause in the landscape, private and unhurried. Belgian in its restraint, with clean lines and open sky above. Salt water, gentle on the skin. Long enough for morning laps, generous enough for an afternoon that goes nowhere in particular. Steps wrap the entire edge so you can settle wherever the light finds you, and a wide shallow area welcomes the children — or simply those who prefer the sun closer to the water.

Palapa

Thatched canopy, open air, and the kind of space that holds a crowd without ever feeling full. A single-piece Saman wood table seats twelve — built for long, unhurried meals. Pop in from the pool for a fresh slice out of the pizza oven, or settle in for an afternoon-long feast from the grill. A lounging area for when the sun gets the better of you — and the natural place everyone ends up long after the children have gone to bed.

Restrained, considered, and alive in every detail. The sunken garden wraps around you — offering a natural privacy that feels effortless rather than engineered. A generous lawn opens up the space for whatever the day calls for, while alternating pockets of sun and shade let everyone find their own corner. Sculptural plants at every turn, chosen as carefully as any piece of furniture — the kind you notice differently each time. A garden that reveals itself slowly,  and never quite the same way twice.

5 guest suites

Each of the five suites has its own character, its own view, and its own sense of calm. Generous proportions and premium linens create a space that feels made for retreat. Spa-like en-suite bathrooms fitted with the finest fixtures turn a morning shower into a ritual. Closets generous enough to feel truly moved in. Every suite opens to the outdoors, framing a different corner of the property — garden, sky, or the landscape beyond. Every guest arrives as a visitor. Most leave feeling entirely at home.
